About Sakura City scenery plan

Comfortable natural environments represented in rich history, nature, culture of Sakura City, Lake Inba are individuality of Motoichi, and it may be said that it is common property which should tell in history.

We made use of scenery brought up by the history, nature, culture and improved immediate scenery and living environment and aimed at breeding of regionalism and creation of turnout, improvement of area vitality by forming scenery which could realize comfort and local charm for citizen and person who visited and devised "Sakura City scenery plan".

About Registrations based on the scenery method

From July 1, 2018, the scenery method and procedure based on Sakura City urban environment law are necessary.

About flow of procedure, it is this.

When height performs act that is higher than constant scale including new construction of building more than 10 meters, Registrations to establish is necessary for the scenery method within 30 days before start day of the act concerned. In addition, prior consultation to establish is necessary for Sakura City urban environment law at 30 days ago and time when changing is possible from day of Registrations.

About act and standard (color standards) targeted for Registrations, style of notification form, please confirm the following.

(1) Public establishment which needs building certification based on Building Standard Act (1950 law 201st)

(2) (1)It is changed the appearance more than 1/2 of appearance area in this

(3)Elevated road, bridge (thing that all the important scenery bases are more than more than extension 20m or width 10m in other areas)

(4)The total areas of the solar cell module (panel) exceed 1,000 square meters with photovoltaic power generation facilities (when they install in ※ building, they treat as building facilities (building))

Public establishment which corresponds to any of the following

(1)Public establishment which is similar to vending machine or this

(2)Photovoltaic power generation facilities (we treat photovoltaic power generation facilities to install in ※ building as building facilities (building))

(3)We are similar to fence, fence, wall more than 1.0m in height, these retaining wall or other

(4)The next public establishment more than 2.0m in height

・We are similar to RC pillar, these iron column or other

・We are similar to advertising tower, bulletin board, decoration tower, these monument or other

・We are similar to manufacturing facility, storage facility, game facilities, car these garage or other
