Bronze statue of Prince Masayoshi Hotta was installed in Ruins of Sakura Castle Park

 Sakura Lions Club produced bronze statue of Prince Masayoshi Hotta as the 40th anniversary of the foundation commemorative project and was donated to city on October 21, 2006.
 Father and Prince called Masayoshi Hotta (1810-1864) of the foundation of a country encourage Western study to Sakura feudal clan, and they are known as Sakura feudal lord who led Japan of disturbance to the foundation of a country as member of the Shogun's Council of Elders for period by the late Tokugawa period.
 Bronze statue is installed in front of tea-ceremony room (san*tei) in Ruins of Sakura Castle Park, and size is about 270cm including base.
